All orders for The Virgin Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are shipped out every Monday. During extreme weather conditions, there might be a delay. All olive oil orders are processed in Hopland, CA. All other merchandise is processed out of San Diego, CA.
We do not currently ship outside the United States primarily due to our limited production.
The Virgin Organic is primarily an online business. However, we have carefully selected a handful of retail accounts in the United States.
All return claims must be within 7 days of the delivery date. All of our olive oils are 100% guaranteed for customer satisfaction. All merchandise other than olive oil must be in new, unworn condition and sent back in their original packaging.
